Police are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist in his 50s was seriously injured in a collision with a grey Honda Jazz on A323 Wellington Avenue in Aldershot yesterday evening.
Hampshire Police received reports of the serious collision at 6.42pm yesterday (2nd July) involving the cyclist and the grey Honda Jazz travelling along the A323 Wellington Avenue.
The male cyclist, aged in his 50s, sustained serious injuries in the incident and was transported to hospital for medical treatment.
The A323 remained closed for several hours whilst emergency services dealt with the scene, and police have thanked drivers for their patience during the closure.
Investigators are now seeking to speak with anyone who was present in the vicinity at the time of the collision or witnessed the incident itself, the events preceding it, or its immediate aftermath.

Police are particularly keen to hear from anyone who observed what occurred or possesses information that could aid their enquiries, including any dash cam recordings that may have captured the collision.
