Pompey Women rally to win FAWNL Cup Group F
Pompey Women overturned a 2-0 deficit to beat Lewes 3-2 and claim Group F of the FA Women’s National League Cup. Esta Roberts opened the comeback three minutes after halftime, Arabella Suttie earned a penalty for Kerry Beattie, who then scored the winning goal with a chipped finish in the 79th minute.
Pompey Tickets for Wolves Fixture Go On Sale
Portsmouth FC announced that tickets for the rearranged Championship away game at Wolves will be available from 5pm on Monday 19 October. The match is scheduled for Tuesday 20 October at 7.45pm, with over 2,000 standing seats allocated. Purchases require a Client ID and are non‑refundable.

24 Hampshire police releases this week
24‑year‑old jailed for three years after Southampton drug line bust
Rahman Hotak, 24, of Argyle Road, Southampton, was sentenced at Southampton Crown Court on 28 September to three years’ imprisonment for supplying Class A drugs. Police seized heroin, crack cocaine, cash and paraphernalia after he tried to flush evidence. A £532 forfeiture and a £228 victim surcharge were also imposed.
Shoplifter Guilty of Theft in Fleet, Farnham and Guildford
Alix Hamm, 33, of Robinson Way, Bordon, admitted stealing goods worth £700 on five occasions from shops in Fleet, Farnham and Guildford. He pleaded guilty to five counts of theft and five breaches of a behaviour order at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on 28 September. He was remanded in custody and is due back on 19 October.
36‑year‑old Charged with Shoplifting from Basingstoke One Stop Stores
Police said alcohol, confectionery and soft drinks worth £55 were taken from One Stop stores on Shakespeare Road, Oakridge Road and Lindisfarne Close in September. Jamie Emerson, 36, of Guernsey Close, was arrested on 28 September and charged. He appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court, was bailed and must return on 30 October.
