Police have recovered a suspected stolen triple-axle boat trailer from Shepherds Road, Bartley on Sunday 29th June, and are now appealing for the rightful owner to come forward.
The trailer was discovered in the New Forest area and officers believe it may have been taken without permission. Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary are now working to trace the legitimate owner.
The trailer currently has a diesel container positioned on top, though police cannot confirm whether this was present when the trailer was originally moved.
Anyone who believes the trailer belongs to them, or has information about its rightful owner, is urged to contact police on 101, quoting incident reference 44250288037.
Members of the public can also report information online through the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary website using their existing case reporting system.
Police are hopeful that someone will recognise the distinctive triple-axle trailer and help reunite it with its proper owner.
