Detectives have issued CCTV images following a shoplifting incident at a Hedge End supermarket. Officers are seeking to identify two men after tools worth £100 were reportedly stolen from the Co-op store on Lower Northam Road.
The theft occurred between 6.40pm and 6.50pm on Monday, 22 September. Police believe the individuals captured in the CCTV footage can assist with their enquiries.
Investigators have provided the following descriptions of the two men they wish to speak with:
- Both white males
- Estimated age between 18 and 20 years
- First individual wore distinctive bright blue shorts with a white T-shirt
- Second individual dressed entirely in grey, including T-shirt and trousers
- Both were seen travelling in a white Kia motor vehicle
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary is urging anyone who recognises the man pictured in the Hedge End shoplifting CCTV, or who was in the vicinity of Lower Northam Road during the specified timeframe, to come forward.
Authorities are particularly interested in speaking with anyone who witnessed suspicious activity or possesses CCTV, dashcam, or mobile phone footage from the area.
