Police have released an e-fit image after a man was spotted performing an indecent act near the junction of Eldon Street and Middle Street in Portsmouth on Monday morning in March.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary issued an appeal following the incident, which occurred at around 7am on Monday, 17th March, when a man was observed committing an indecent act whilst walking close to the Eldon Street and Middle Street junction.
Officers have now published an e-fit photograph of the individual they wish to question in connection with the incident. According to police descriptions, the suspect is a white male, estimated to be between 32 and 36 years of age, with a height ranging from 5ft 7ins to 5ft 9ins and of slightly heavy build. He is described as having short, receding hair with a bald patch and was dressed in a dark-coloured hooded top and baggy tracksuit trousers at the time.
A Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary representative stated: “We would like to hear from anyone who was present in the vicinity during the time of this incident and witnessed this individual. We would also welcome contact from anyone who may recognise the person depicted in the e-fit image.”
