Police appeal after Hartley Wintney jewellers burglary

Hampshire Police are appealing for witnesses following a break-in at A W Porter and Son jewellers in Hartley Wintney. Officers were called to High Street at 2.47am on Wednesday 3 December after intruders forced entry and stole items from the premises.

Detectives are conducting enquiries at the scene to establish exactly what was taken during the incident. The investigation remains active, with no arrests made at this time.

Police are particularly interested in hearing from anyone who was in the High Street area during the early hours of Wednesday morning. Witnesses who saw or heard anything unusual are urged to come forward.

Officers are also requesting information about any suspicious activity observed in the vicinity during the days leading up to the Hartley Wintney jewellers burglary.
