Police have released CCTV images of a man they wish to speak to following the theft of multiple plants from Asda in Totton on Thursday 5 June between 3:40pm and 3:50pm.
Officers are appealing for the public’s help to identify the individual captured on security cameras during the incident at the Maynard Road store.
The man police wish to speak to is described as:
- Ethnicity: White
- Age: Between 45-50 years old
- Height: Approximately 5ft 10ins
- Hair: Brown with facial hair
- Build: Slim
- Clothing: Grey hooded jumper, blue knee-length shorts, white sliders with black socks
- Accessories: Carrying a black bag
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary believe the individual shown in the CCTV footage may be able to assist with their enquiries into the plant theft.
Detectives are urging the man himself, or anyone who recognises him, to come forward with information.
The force is also appealing for witnesses who may have been in the area during the incident, or anyone with relevant footage from CCTV systems, mobile phones, dash cameras, or doorbell cameras.
