James Martin Inkpen, known to family and friends as “Martin,” passed away peacefully at home on 31st January 2026, aged 93. Harry Ross — In Memoriam

David “Chunky” Cliffe
David Cliffe, known affectionately as “Chunky,” passed away on 11th February 2026, aged 87. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. A funeral service will take place on Tuesday 3rd March 2026 at The Oaks Crematorium at 10am. No flowers. Donations in his memory may be made to WaterAid.
Robert Anthony Macey
Robert Anthony Macey, known as “Bob,” passed away at The Rowans Hospice on 6th February 2026, aged 80. Beloved husband of Diana, father to Adam and Charlotte, father-in-law to Ginny and Carl, and grandfather — known as Pops — to Georgina, James and Grace, Bob will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
His funeral service will be held at Holy Rood Church, Stubbington, at 2pm on Wednesday 4th March 2026, followed by a private family cremation. Family flowers only by request. Lee Anderson
Lee Anderson passed away on 10th February 2026. A funeral service will be held at The Oaks Crematorium on Monday 9th March 2026 at 10.45am. Family flowers only by request. Gunnar Reiman
Gunnar Reiman passed away peacefully on 8th February 2026, aged 96. He is survived by his wife Maarja. Gunnar is remembered as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, as well as for his long service as a GP in Leicester. His decision to pursue medicine was inspired by childhood first aid training by the Red Cross in Estonia — a cause he supported throughout his life. In lieu of flowers, donations to the British Red Cross in his memory would be welcomed.
