Police have released West End shoplifting CCTV images of two men they want to speak to following the theft of more than £400 worth of tools from a garden centre in Hampshire.
Officers are investigating a shoplifting incident at Haskins Garden Centre on Mansbridge Road, West End, which took place on Friday, 10 October between 12.45pm and 10.05pm. Tools valued at £402.85 were reportedly stolen during the incident, including ten pairs of secateurs.
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary has issued descriptions of two men captured on West End shoplifting CCTV who may assist with their enquiries.
The first individual is described as a white man, approximately 55 years old and around 5ft 8ins in height. He was wearing shorts, a jacket and a flat cap, and has a tribal tattoo visible on his right calf.
The second person police wish to trace is described as a white man, approximately 60 years old and roughly 5ft 8ins tall. He was dressed in a black jacket, flat cap, brown shirt and trousers.
Investigators believe these men could provide valuable information about the incident and are urging them to come forward. Anyone who recognises the individuals shown in the West End shoplifting CCTV footage is also asked to contact police.
