Hampshire Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a fatal road traffic collision in Nether Wallop on Friday morning, July 4, which tragically claimed the life of an 87-year-old passenger who later died from his injuries.
Officers were called at 11:17am on Friday, July 4, to reports of a collision at the junction of A30 Stockbridge Road and B3084 Salisbury Road.
The crash involved a green Hyundai i20 and a grey Vauxhall Vivaro.
The passenger travelling in the Hyundai, an 87-year-old man, was transported to Southampton General Hospital following the incident. He sadly succumbed to his injuries on Sunday morning, July 6.
As part of the ongoing investigation, officers are keen to speak with anyone who witnessed the collision or has relevant dashcam footage that captured either the incident itself or the moments preceding it.
