Police are seeking witnesses after a serious collision between a pedestrian and car in Sandown on Monday. A woman in her seventies sustained serious injuries and remains in hospital following the incident on Broadway.
Officers are appealing for witnesses and information following the serious collision in Sandown.
Police received reports at 1.50pm on 21st July of a collision on Broadway, at the zebra crossing close to the junction with Winchester Park Road.
The incident involved a pedestrian and a grey Skoda Kamiq.
The pedestrian, a woman in her 70s, sustained serious injuries and is receiving treatment in hospital.
