Police have released CCTV footage as they investigate a shoplifting incident at Aldi in New Milton. Officers are seeking a man following the theft of £108 worth of meat from the store on Starling Road.
The New Milton shoplifting CCTV images show a suspect who left the premises between 10.20am and 10.30am on Friday, 14 November. Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary has issued an appeal to identify the individual captured in the footage.
The man police wish to speak to is described as white, approximately 5ft 8ins tall, and aged around 35 years. He has long brown hair tied back in a ponytail and was wearing a black jacket, black jeans, black trainers and a black hooded top with white writing on the front. He reportedly left the scene on a silver mobility scooter.
Detectives believe the person shown in the New Milton shoplifting CCTV can assist with their enquiries. Officers are urging anyone who recognises the man, or the individual himself, to come forward.
