Police are appealing for help to find missing Stephen Brassel, aged 72, who was last spotted on Kingston Road, Portsmouth, at 5pm yesterday (Tuesday, June 17). Officers are concerned for his welfare.
Stephen is described as a white male, approximately 6ft tall, with a slightly above average build. He has grey, matted and unkempt hair, along with a grey moustache and beard. When last seen, he was wearing a dark shirt featuring thick pinstripes and dark-coloured trousers.
Police acknowledge they do not have a current photograph of Stephen available; their existing image is several years old and of poor quality. However, Stephen is a familiar face in the local area, and officers remain optimistic that residents will be able to identify him from the photograph they do have.
Anyone who has spotted Stephen since he disappeared or believes they may know his current whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately on 999, quoting reference number 44250266436.
