A Hayling Island man faces court next month after being charged with dangerous driving and failing to provide a specimen following an incident on the M27 motorway.
Samson Leonard Biddle, 37, of Billy Road, was charged after police received reports of dangerous driving near junction 3 of the M27 on Wednesday, 19 November at approximately 12.35pm.
Hampshire Police officers responded to the incident and located the vehicle travelling westbound. The car was stopped at junction 11 shortly after 1pm the same afternoon.
Mr Biddle has been charged with two offences: driving a motor vehicle dangerously and failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
He is scheduled to appear for sentencing at Portsmouth Crown Court on 19 December.
