Police have released CCTV images of two people they wish to identify following a shoplifting incident at Waitrose in Gosport. The pair allegedly stole five bottles of champagne and one bottle of spirits without paying on 11 November.
The incident occurred at approximately 11am at the Waitrose store on Stokes Road. Officers report that the two individuals selected the alcohol before leaving the premises without making payment.
Hampshire Constabulary have now issued Gosport theft CCTV stills to the public as part of their ongoing investigation. Authorities are appealing for anyone who may recognise the suspects to come forward with information.
Police have provided descriptions of both individuals sought in connection with the theft. The first is described as a white male, approximately 50 years old and around 5ft 10ins in height, with grey hair and a beard. The second person is described as a white female, approximately 40 years old and around 5ft 7ins tall, with brown hair highlighted blonde.
