A 63-year-old Gosport man has been jailed for seven years after being found guilty of sex attacks on a child. Alan Brindle was convicted following a trial at Portsmouth Crown Court.
Brindle, of Turner Avenue, was found guilty of two counts of sexual activity with a child and two counts of sexual assault at the court hearing.
The predator carried out four separate attacks on his victim during September 2022.
The sentencing follows his conviction at Portsmouth Crown Court where the jury found him guilty on all charges.
