A woman in her seventies died following a collision between a bus and Fiat Panda in Shanklin on Monday evening, with police now appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage.
Emergency services were called to Church Road, Shanklin at 6.09pm on Monday, 16 June following reports of the collision.
The Fiat Panda driver, a woman in her seventies, sustained serious injuries in the crash. Despite the best efforts of paramedics and emergency crews, she tragically died at the scene.
Inspector Andy Tester has issued an appeal for information as part of the ongoing investigation.

“We would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or anyone who has relevant dash cam footage capturing the incident or the moments leading up to it,” Inspector Tester said.
