Fire crews have successfully surrounded the blaze at Brimpton Common on the Hampshire-Berkshire border.
The incident, which started shortly after 9pm, has impacted approximately four hectares of gorse, trees, and shrubland. Over 20 firefighters from Tadley, Kingsclere, and Fleet stations, assisted by Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service, remained on site to ensure complete extinguishment.
Local residents are still advised to keep windows and doors shut due to smoke in the area.
